Our minimum order is $25.00. Phoenix will pay the freight on orders totaling over $150.00 net,
based upon the prices shown on this site, except 10' and 12' foot threaded rod. We will quote
prepaid prices for rod upon your application. The buyer will be responsible for any and all C.O.D.
and related fees. The seller will ship all orders by the carrier of his choice. Risk of loss
shall pass to the buyer upon shipment. Until payment is made in full by the buyer, for the entire
invoice, title for all items shown on the invoice, shall remain with the seller. The seller shall
be and hereby granted by the buyer a purchase money security interest in the items shown on the invoice.
The buyer further agrees to execute such financing statements and other documents as the seller may
require in order to perfect such security interest. The buyer authorizes the seller to file such financing
statements with respect to the buyer, wherever, such filing is permitted by law. Furthermore, the buyer
hereby irrevocably appoints Phoenix Fastener Co., Inc. as its agent for the purpose of filing any
statements required by Phoenix Fastener Co., Inc. in order to perfect its security interest herein
provided for. All non-catalog prices shall have collect terms, unless expressly quoted in writing,
in advance of the buyer's purchase order. All returns must have seller authorization number on the
buyer's return packaging slip. All prices, seller's vendors, and terms of sale are subject to
change without notice. The seller is not responsible for errors or omissions. See additional terms
on the back of our invoice, or available on request. Venue shall be Cook County, Illinois for any
actions taken against Phoenix Fastener Co., Inc. or Phoenix Electric Supply Co., Inc.
The seller does not in any way guarantee that a specific item will be available for shipment at any
date. The seller reserves the right to stop selling any item for any reason. Prices shown are, and
payment shall be made in U.S.A. currency.
